ok... now that i've played halo 3 and see what bungie can do, i see how this could work!
1. make your tat in paint or photoshop or whatever...as long as it's JPG/JPEG format
2. submit it to the fable 2 crew for approval
3. get a "download to your fable 2 tattoo database" link in return.
it's sensored, and there are plenty of people out there who would like to get paid to sift through tattoos and click the "Yes" or "No" buttons
