URGENT help needed with pub games!!

Ok, so I just merged my patron on pubgames with my character, looking forward to receiving Hat headband moustache, sleepmaster 3000 and alot of other stuff. So, I got the gold...but not items! They aren't in my inventory, the books aren't in bowerstone book store and they aren't in the guild cave chest!! What has happened! :O

Some of the things the Game Master will have. Have you tried him?:unsure:

Well, after I spoke to him nothing appeared so I tried speaking to him again and strangely enough all the things were given to me. Thanks for your help :)
