I'm not sure, I too have had problems w/ my avatars. Mainly gifs, this has been burning me for a while.

noo it just uploads and resizes itself. like right now. It's supposed to be 100x95 and it was before, now it's like 80x75. *shrug* It did that with the other one I tried to upload.

I know vBulletin 3.6.3 has an auto resize feature but didnt think it resized things that were within the limits :unsure:

no. I click on the little (upload link) and it says:

In answer to Sephi's original question - the reason that the maximum avatar dimensions has returned to 80x80 is because I changed it back to that a while ago. I really do not like anything above 80x80 and feel that it is more than enough.

well that explains it.
I was just wondering because Hex's and Drakens are about 80x80..
slightly unfortunate.:'(
