Vendors and Husbands

I'm really sorry if this has been talked about before but this is my first time here and I'm quite frustrated lol. I'm having a problem where it is day time and the stalls are all open but half the time the vendors are not there. I can find them out in the town walking around, in other shops, or following me. What gives? I can't buy anything or do anything without them there. One of the main ones that I have problems with is the furniture vendor in Bowerstone. As well, with that specific vendor, she used to have lots of furniture to sell and now she has 4 pieces and it's been like that for days. Is that normal? I might be focusing on her so much because I'm trying to upgrade my houses but either way she's never there. :realmad: Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

By the way...any suggestions on where to find a decent husband? Lol...in my game so far, they are either dirty scum bags who always want sex or stuck up english guys who think my houses are just ghastly! Lol. ^_^

Re: Vendors and Husbands

I have the same trouble with vendors - the guards yell "shops are opening" and then absolutely nobody does anything

Plus that furniture seller sucks - she had the luxury items just once and now has nothing, yet you can quite clearly see the items you want in the shop. It's not great, but you can try the furniture place in Bloodstone or jsut do what I did - buy a nicer house and enter redecorate mode. Swap all their lovely stuff for the crappier things you have and then you've got good stuff to enjoy in the house you want.

Decent husband? Personally I'm done with marriage in this game - too much like hardwork and more expensive than my favourite hookers in Bloodstone. Check the stats of your potential man and see what his class is and his preferences. There are a few lower class serious gentlemen in Bowerstone who, whilst a bit old, are happy to stay in a small place in Oakfield without too much sex or posh housing.
