Victor (grave keeper) secret room in cemetery mansion?

in the love hurts quest, victor mentions he loved lady grey since he saw her picture in his grandfathers secret room in the house. I havent found any secret room or anything that looks secret seeing how the whole place has been ripped apart. I havnt seen any picture either. Anyone know where or if such a place exists?

The mansion has been torn apart, the secret room is easily accessible and certainly not a secret anymore. It could be practically any room in the house. My best guess as to which room was the secret one, though, is the basement.
