Video Card Help

That is my laptop, I'm gonna get an upgraded video card methinks, but I have no idea about these things or how to install them. I'm looking somewhere in the region of £50, and want to know if a video card for this price will improve my laptop much or if it isn't worth it.

My current graphics card is Integrated Intel HD Graphics.

Would I be able to do it myself or will I need to pay a professional to?
What's the best video card for a budget like mine?
Would I be able to play something like Bad Company 2 on my laptop if I upgraded the card?

Although laptops use their own graphics card, a desktop PC graphics card, won't work on a laptop.

My opinion; it's not worth it. Although, I believe that laptops aren't for gaming, unless you have bought one that has been built to serve that purpose, too.
