I'm sorry to all the people who don't like it, but the wings just look ****ing cool to me.

Also, the hero's coat there looked vaguely like a Navy officer's coat. Maybe the king's younger son/daughter got the traditional commission of a suitably impressive rank? Or maybe it's just a coat.

Would be good if You could choose wether You get a commison in the Navy or army that would exlain the other uniform You seen in some of the other previews.

Its looking good...Does anyone else hope that the wings will be used for something other than making you look awesome, like there could be a boss battle where you could fly up and slash the bosses eye or weakpoint.

Y'mean the black one with the corporal's stripes? That one wouldn't fit the same elaborate theory, regrettably.

EDIT: Corporal's stripes or petty officer 2nd class, of course.

And mj, I doubt they'll do anything actually... effective. Just visual, if I had to guess.
