Joystiq had the opportunity to unbox their brand new Xbox 360 S, it was gifted to those who were in attendance at the press conference earlier today.

It comes with a smaller 250GB HDD, Headset (black), Wireless Controller (black), Composite Cables (no HMDI or Component), Built-in WiFi, Kinect Port, and a 1-Year Warranty (No longer 3-Year Warranty). If you haven't noticed in the video, the new 360 also makes a beep noise when opening the tray. Microsoft will also be selling Data Transfer cables (that were for the Elite) for those who own the original Xbox 360s later later this week for $19.99.​

Do you plan on getting it Gikoku? Do you think it's worth it? Because I've got an xbox and I don't want to pay 300$ for a Kinect port.

If my 2009 Arcade model dies then yes, I will. Otherwise, I'm perfectly content with what I have and am not very interested in Kinect for the time being, unless Microsoft does what Sony did for some stores and allow people to trade in their old PS3 models for the Slim.

I don't think it's worth it if it doesn't offer much for you other than it's new design and built-in wifi, but if your current 360 is soon to kick the bucket, you don't own a 360, or you simply have plenty of money to throw away then I say go for it.

I do think it's pretty sexy though.

I may get this, but, that is assuming that I can sell my xbox with controller and wifi thing and a game for at least $150.

If only we could trade in our 360 originals, or at least pay a lot less. The built-in WiFi is pretty secksy though because now I can maybe trade in my adapter.

My cousin said most of the people that got these at E3 returned them because of broken disk trays etcetera etcetera.

Such a damn shame I just bought a new Elite just two months ago.... If they offer a trade-in deal, I'm all over this biznitch. But dont think I'll bother otherwise.
