Virtua Fighter 5 Screens Emerge

The first batch of screenshots has been released for the Xbox 360 version of Sega's excellent Virtua Fighter 5. And would you be surprised to learn they don't look that different from the already-available PS3 version? Didn't think so...

Only three shots have so far slipped through the net from the Japanese version, showing fighting action on three difference levels.

If anything, the shots don't look as crisp and sharp as ones released for the PS3 version, which came out back in March. But there's still time for extra spit and polish, as the 360 version doesn't ship for a while yet. 'Summer' is the projected date Sega's aiming for.

I'm not a massive fan of beat-em-ups (even though I used to love the original Virtua Fighter and Virtua Fighter 2 for the Sega Saturn) but those screenshots do look pretty sexy indeed. +rep

Yeah, the graphics of Virtua Fighter look awesome. And the fight videos look OK too.
Maybe it`s just me, but it seems too... old. Or I don`t know, something is not right.

Well Virtua Fighter is an old game, but they are still updating its GFX and Physics really well and its come a long way from its Arcade roots. Im not a beat em up fan so wont really appeal to me but most of us have played a Virtua Fighter game at some point.
