Yep, I'm at looking to doing quests again. There are "Miners Required" in Millsfield, but the supervisor seems to be unnaturally picky. He's turned down the few people I've brought to him, saying they're not what he's looking for. I even brought him a man, "Ben the MINER," and he still doesn't take my volunteer x) Any ideas on who to bring in?

M, I believe that's the child labor camp, and I chose the orphanage instead. I tried it, and I couldn't even hold hands with a child! The supervisor took a beggar from Bowerstone Industrial. I swear they're biased towards Industrial workers.
