This is a call to vote for the Option to buy each hero as an action figure with a code that unlocks the Hero with some special outfit or item. These outfits and items would be available in game either way and you will be able to unlock the hero without spending money but for the collector it's a great way to get each hero in game and have the action figure to go with it.
