Weapon problem

Hey people, I've read some tutorials and stuff form this forum but, well, maybe it's a stupid question but, I changed de hero graphic to the minion wardog and anothers, and the ****ing sword still stuck in their asses, are there any steps I have to follow to fix the weapon on his back?
