Weapons in Bowerstone

Hi, i read some topic about how to change unarmed dmg, some dude thought it was very nice coz u can't use weapons in Bowerstone. When i scrolled down some other dude said that u could make weapons ligal in Bowerstone, i tryed to find any explaination about how to make this happen and i couldn't find anything. So PLEASE could some1 explain this to me

File ==>> Load Fable Mod Package
Select the FMP file that you downloaded
Actions ==>> Save mods and Run Fable.

Also, Having weapons in bowerstone isn't much help Unless the Children are killable: http://fabletlcmod.com/forum/index.php?t=getfile&id=1225&
