weird things happening

I'm about in the middle of the game and weird things are happening.
1. Jasper doesn't talk to me anymore, either in game or in the Sanctuary
2. My LT button stopped aiming.
3. My RT button doesn't seem to be working either.
4. not sure if LB and RB are working correctly.
5. Can't shake hands with NPC's anymore. I can only dance

I take it you have tried reloading your save?

The next day, it worked fine (except for the hand shaking part).
