So I had to replay Fable II because I lost all my memory from my previous play threw. I wanted the new memory so I could do the transfer benefit for Fable III. I am on the last mission going into the spire. And the game will not load the last mission. It has been sitting for 2 hours now and it will not load. I have tried three times. Any ideas guys?

If you have a damaged disc (and this may not be the case), then try saving your copy of Fable II to your 360 hard drive and choosing "play from hard drive". This will only help if your disc is indeed scratched or damaged and your console is having trouble accessing certain data from the disc; saving to the hard drive should completely alleviate this sort of problem. Hopefully you'll have some luck with this.

I heard that there is no save transfer from game to game. From two people who have it already.

Many contradictory opinions on save-file transfer...I have my 'perfect save' in place to be certain!

As to the OP's issue, I used to have it myself. Cause was dirty/marginally scratched disk. Try repositioning the disk in the tray after wiping it down - always worked for me!

On the subject of those who have the game early - I hate you all with a passion you would struggle to grasp. I must have the only Gamestop/EB Store in the world (or at least in Canada) that flatly refuses to sell it to me before Tuesday.:'(

BTW - First post, hello all.

What do you mean, gamestop gives them out when they come out?

P.S. Love your avatar

What you could have done was, provided it was an error with the disc, went to your local dvd rental store, rented a copy of Fable 2, swapped the discs out, and returned the crappy version to them.

:)
