Before I went to the spire for the 1st time my character looked young and pretty, I just got back from the spire and he looks like he is 60 years old and now he has a hook noes... wtf

It's a little thing I like to call "time." And I'm sure if you looked closely before, you would have seen the aging before. Otherwise, it's hard to notice the changes.
