whair are glowing tattoos

i have spent over 100000 ex. on will and have no idea whair to get glowing tattoos. if you know whire to get them pleas tell me.

You can't buy the glowing tattoos - they come by themselves once you have maxed out your Will power. If you aren't too old and scarred, they show up quite clearly too. Plus if you are a good character, they seem more apparent.

I belive the only way you can get it is by modding.

You'll still see them - just not as brightly. I don't know which age is optimal as I only got mine when I was in my 60's but there will be plenty of people who will know the answer to that.

Don't know about that.... But to get some ages taken off, donate to the Temple of Avo. It will take off some... I think the Temple of Scrom does the same thing though.

They'll turn up with or without other tattoos - I don't have any tatts on my hero and those glowing ones just rocked up one afternoon...thought I'd broken my character for a moment there :lol:

I don't think so - I don't know if you can by modding as that isn't my area - but Maze has very strong glowing tattoos which I don't believe your hero can acquire. Shame really - they look pretty good.

No. Even when you're young tattoos don't glow as bright as maze's Ever. Especially if you're old. They might already be there, it's just had to see what with the old people skin and all. :lol:
