Well for each level you get another rep 'pip.

10 Rep = 2 Pips
50 Rep = 3 Pips
150 Rep = 4 Pips

etc until you get to the maximum 12 pips.

Im judging it by how many levels there are in the list and how many pips and it hasnt changed recently no. As far as im aware thats how it works, or something like that. To be honest i havent been asked about it in so long ive forgotten myself.
