well you could hold your girlfriends hands, give handshakes, play with your kid by throwing her up and catching her, dragging people to sell to factories, give hugs,etc.

it just means, your character is more involved with items and characters, where in fable 2 is was just single animations from the expression wheel, now it is ways react and express better than just holding a

He's referring to a new game mechanic with context sensitive touch controls (Hold hands with your lover as you take a stroll or drag them kicking and screaming to be sacrificed etc) i can probably find you a link to the interview where he explains it if you want however i do believe it will be on the forum somewhere already =)

hopefully it means you can pick stuff up, throw it or look at items and weapons more closely, among all the things that have been confirmed such as holding hands and hugging.
