What is a file .fmp

All the mod i download are .fmp and i dont know where to place em to chance the game.

I downloaded this

Doesn't get old, will hands, health, and will.fmp

Where i need to place that? plz?

So i can finaly make my character look young and go sleep i am on this for like 3 hour! >_<
