What is the point of porting your fable II file

Just wondering what is the point of porting your Fable II file to your Fable III will there be any benifits? and what will it actually do?

From what I can gather, it will mostly include references to your heroe's choices in Fable 2. Especially the later ones apparently.

I imagine the choice to keep or give up youth and the sacrifice/love/wealth will be mentionned.

Basically, you might get an easter egg or two, but nothing special.

ok thanks i was just thinking it would be a bit harsh for the pc players if you inherited all your heros's weapons and money.

What Bluedrake just said is prob true. I'm guessing that if you're a good person in Fable 2, Cops will like you more and bad guys will hate you more and vice versa? I guess we'll find out when Fable 3 come out!

If start without an import You will probably recieve a set amount of default money at least to get You started, Your parent was the ruler of Albion afterall.

I think if you have a rich and throughly played saved game from Fable 2, you should be rewarded for it, just like Mass Effect 2. I had played done everything that you could do in Mass Effect 1 and I was recognized for that.
