what is worse?

A sprained or Twisted Ankle?
I need to tell my mom the least one so she doesnt freak out however i probaly have the worst one going from the pain I've had from the last 5 hours

sprain has to do with tendons being pulled, so thats worse.

Yea, it looks like you just twisted it. Try to walk around on it as much as possible, as pressure will help it heal faster. ;)

Both are just variations of the same thing but one is more a medical term and one is just an action. Best to rest it for a few days to let bruising come out then start walking on it again.

Stop yer cryin', I twisted my wrist a month ago and still hurts like a ***** sometimes. I can't even swing a sword right, much less my fist. And I had a damn Demonstration to host. Just be happy your not in my position, though I could be happy in yours.

(I'll have to think of soul switching spells, yeah. Hehehehe.)

well considering aside from my pinkie ive never had a seriosous or mild injurey
at all never broken a bone or anything it is alot of pain
but hey **** you pal!
he since its censored so its like 4 star you pal.. ah well

Actually, it feels better after walking around a bit, but later when you sit down and relax, it starts to hurt really bad.
I know, I`ve had this thing so many, many many times.

i iced the crap outta it so it feels way better but i seme to walk oddly within random pain
