What Should I Do?

My first copy of fable broke so i bought a new one
so i needed fifty buck right so i go to wal mart and the stupid emo/redneck/ghetto prego chick in coustmer service is "muh managgggerr sayyyss i can only exchange it for a new ceehdeeh."
so now i hav two fables what should i dont want to sell it to eb games gave me a **** price so did game stop
and im not selling it to a kid because they'll be all bitchy and want their money back​

Make an official complaint to Walmart, but you can't get nasty or abusive in it or they will ignore you, make it clear that you have always enjoyed shopping with them and have found their customer service to have been exceptional, however on this occasion you we left disappointed and felt that you should bring to their attention the poor service you have received from a representative of their brand name. (I make a lot of complaints my biggest at the moment is with pizza hut who always take the Mickey out of my surname when I order food, surnames Hutt this went on for months with them sending me a £20 voucher and so on which I find disgusting since I had recorded the branch manager laughing at me) if you complain in a nice way they are more likely to help you out, write to them, or email them, don't complain in person, there more chance of slipping up and telling them what you really think face to face!
