What side quests? (Possible spoilers)

So I just found the hero of strength and at this point in the game I haven't seen a single side quest. Sure there are jobs which you might consider side quests but I don't. I haven't found any side quests in the traditional sense, not like the Fable 1 side quests anyway. Is there something I should know or does this game just lack side quests?

actually there is a load of side quests, they throw all your side quests in with your story quests, notice if you just follow your story quest (main quest) all the other quests do not need to be done for you to progress...

for example the shadow temple quest, that is a side quest but they threw it in with your main quest.

then you have the jobs category

I see. So by just following the main story line you will unlock all the side quests but it's just up to you whether you do them or not.
I see the jobs more as a mini game than side quest though.

fable doesn't really involve much asking people for tasks they just seem to be there You can also unlock more by getting renown. Grab a trophie and run around town holding it up or ask a bard to sing a song for 10g and your renown will grow opening up more jobs.

Yes.
I am almost out of quests also. 6 more to go. I have over 60k renown. Sigh..

I haven't done the temple of shadows because I'm guessing that is like an evil quest, am I right? like I've been donating to the temple of light (think thats what its called) so will doing the shadow side quest contradict my donations? or am I just overthinking, lol

You are right, the shadows quest is to

kill everyone is oak field. And in turn, destroy the temple of light.

no i dont get what your doing? if your evil then you want to do the shadow temple quests and avoid the light temple

Jiin, I'm not evil, that's why I wanted to make sure I didn't mess up my purity. BTW I'm not good either, just kinda wingin' it, making decisions as close to what I think I might do IRL as possible. For the most part..but I've done a few naughty things, hehe.
