well, it definetly wasnt what i was expecting, but it was good. iv noticed games seem to be getting more anti-clamatic endings lately. like assassin's creed, or the darkness, and now fable 2. its not bad if you can apreciate the story. i think that fable 2s ending, just like assassins creed, was really telling us that this is just the first part of a MAJOR storyline.

Just finished the game off tonight and personally it felt like the story had only just started, there was so much more they could have done with it. I think the entire main plot was a tad weak if I am honest, it may have benefitted more from the main story being more epic, or more urgent with a bit more focus on it, it just sort of trundled along and then stopped a bit abruptly and more over it always seemed to be in the background of everything else I was doing. Endings for some reason never feel right or finished if there isn't a big massive battle or a duel or some kind of insane explosion.

yea it was a pretty ****ty ending, especially after i remembered a few scenes the "commandant" he said that lucien would kill him easily, yet he put up a fight

I agree. I think it left a lot to add on to. At the last scene with Theresa, it seemed she manipulated the whole thing, and took the Spire. Did you notice her face? It scared me . She really looked evil.:O

I think it was a bit too short.. But im not going to hate the game for it.. And I liked the ending.. I liked it when she says "And The Spire is mine" .. DUN DUN DUNNN!!!

I was like OooOoo.. Reminded me of Halo 2 when Cortanna at the end goes "Shoot".. To that Tentacle beast thingy..

And yeah it leads onto so much more and alot of other oppurtunites.. all we have to do is wait till 20011! Fable III! Yayyy!

It was good, but could have been a lot better.

I would have liked to see a large battle between Lucien and the four Heroes, culminating in a scene similar to what actually happened (Lucien is losing, so he starts to steal the powers from the three other Heroes, etc.)
