What was your method of getting to the necromancer?

Like In the Coliseum. Its a bit annoying to get to the necromancer because you need a bout 30k points and have enough time to beat the necromancer. SO what was your strategy?
Mine was like Overdoing the Time control level 4 spells.(I dont have level 5 and I need to like use level 5 lightning ocassionally) And I just kept using it. It was like a second for every 30 seconds.

Keep hitting those orbs that spawn cos they are multipliers and they really help !
Level 5 time control is a must and use the red dragon(it is the best and quickest weapon to use) to head shot the necromancer as the cheeky bugger has an annoying habit of trying to vanish before getting a good hit in. It's health is pretty high so if your gonna use any spells freeze it in place with time control and give it a level 5 Shock for good measure

Actually, I wasnt looking for help. i was just asking how others did it. I already did it...
I like your method much better. For me it was just how to get to it. But In my opinion I don like the red dragon. I took a master clockwork pistol and put 3 augments even though there were 4 slots. But I barely used it. I just Used the mater hammer to keep bashing the necromancer...

I agree, I think the Red Dragon is the worst weapon in the game, I was appalled when I looked at the damage it did, I was like "I wasted so much time getting this?!...UUUUUUGHHHHH!!!!"

I'd like to point out that points don't get you to the Necromancer, killing all the levels of creatures does.

For me, Master Flintlock Pistol. First round (Beetles) until the Bandits I just shot quickly without aiming as it would kill everything in 1 or 2 hits, and I have Speed and Accuracy all the way up...of course. And then head shots from there. Until the undead, which I would just shoot the weaker ones without aiming/headshooting until it was mostly the stronger ones, and then started decapitating again. (I don't know about everyone else, but I can headshoot everything quickly since I do it all the time meaning it doesn't take me long to kill things).

As for my method I only did it once and it worked so I haven't bothered tryin any other method lol

Yeah we know but he asked about getting a 30k score and the orbs act as multipliers. Killing all enemies before movin on to the next batch is pretty obvious tbh

Judging from your methods... you guys are leaning towards skill...
Don't any of you use a master hammer with maxed out physique? They're pretty fun to use because beetles and hollow men usually get smashed on the first hit. And Flourishes usually kill everything else. My female character looks so cool with maxed out evil and corruption in knothole knight armor beating everything with max physique.

I didnt realy have a tactic the first time i went to the collesum i just got to it with a min 2 spare dont know how didnt even use spells but now i cant do it lol shame

Haha wedid sick in the crucible tho 2 morrow we shall do it again and get to that necromancer

EDIT: ivelooked up sme other crucible times and we are very good haha the best i found was 512 :O

I used level 2 time control, over and over, got to the necromancer and ****ed him up

Worked fine

It's pretty easy with one (or all) of your disciplines maxed.

I can just go around with the Daichi, smashing everything up and I make it to the Necromancer.

Slow time is a must. Quickly cast low level slow time to give you enough time to use level 5 slow time. Do this over and over and remain in a constant state of slow time during all the rounds.

when i did the coloseum wit a henchman i got FAR passed the necromancer, we were at around 450,000 points cuz i kept spamming level 4 time spells while he killed everything and we would take turns getting the multipliers, we had bout 50 multipliers and we almost got 500k. so my method was to pretty much have a henchman

450k Points you realize you get any points you make in cash + first second third and Grandprizes.. X_X the highest ive hit by my self is 45k Points... thats with a 12x Multiplyer, and with 40 seconds left after killing the necro..

I love doing the coluseum Thought, I use the Diachi when i need quick cash otherwise ill use a Master hammer with 4 slots and just bash as high as possible, Any Points i make I make Double That due to the Gold Touch Augment is very nice, Kudo's On the 450k Points though..
