I'm trying to remember the name of a movie but my noggin just isn't co-operating. It's about a man who finally snaps after getting stuck in in his morning comute. He goes bonkers and does stuff like blowing up a some road maintenance vehicles with a bazooka. He becomes sort of a hero and gains a large following as the news report what he does.
