The base value for a Highrollers Coat is 400 in the game, but the only way to obtain it is through playing and winning the Fable 2 Pub Games that can be downloaded on Live. Therefore its pretty popular as a trade item.

I assume you mean the 1.8mill, since the others can be gotten easily with no gold required at all...

A little hint, it's easy to save up millions of gold without cheating.
