I finished Tatooine after leaving the Jedi Academy, and decided to stomp on Manaan for a bit, and after getting arrested, I noticed something

This game is average.

The story is good, and the dialogue is good. The combat is... well, crap, but that's not really why you play KotOR. In most cases, this would make a good game. But...
The darkside choices are lackluster, I feel like a common hoodrat instead of a dark jedi
The game is riddled with bugs. I often get locked in conversation, and have to restart the game, and after leaving combat, I find my main character simply cannot be moved, forcing me to quicksave and quickload
AFTER

FIGHT
Sometimes when doing the racing bits the game won't give me the speed boost I so obviously earned
I am however, going to continue playing, despite the fact I really want to uninstall the game, because everyone says OMG KOTOR SOO GOOODDDDDD and I want to give it a chance.

In summary, this game makes me want to eat rusty nails, when will it stop torturing me?

Side Quests are a little sub par but the story is great, it starts getting decent after about 1/4 of the game as takes forever to even get a lightsaber in both games. The games are long so dont expect it to sprint out of the blocks, I played it for around 45 hours on my first playthrough, I also made sure to install the patches & didnt encounter many bugs. I did encounter the character cannot move bug but it was usually fixed with a quick Alt+Tab back & forwards.

I enjoyed the choices as they start small but grow as the game goes on & some genuinely made me think & werent so black & white as they sometimes seem. I actually quite like the combat too, took a while to get used to but I enjoyed it.

People say Skyrim is omgwtfawesome, but I'd rather play SimCity. Just uninstall the game and accept the fact you don't like it, it's that easy.

Take that back mister, Skyrim on the PC is legit awesome.
