Where do I find jacks hammer

I cant seem to find it anywhere

It may not be in your world. Trade around. Some get Jack's Hammer, somme get Scythe's Warhammer, Thunder's Blade or Skorms something something. You'll have to find someone who has it in their game. Unless you haven't opened all the demon doors or gold doors with legendary weapons within yet. If not, check there first.

To elaborate a bit more on EVANS post- The chests in your world all already set, so saving and reloading wont work. I just thought this could help a bit.
