Where is the farm with the enforcer?

I can find it anywhere, could comebody tell me what place to teleport to and where to go from there to find it

you have to buy his farm, and you have to do a certain quest to be able to have the option to buy it. i dont want to spoil so yea

ive beaten the game, but am i supposed to buy that big farm because in the video i saw it looked a lot smaller

70,000+ actually unless you got a bigger discount but yeah
IMO it's worth it...not only is the farm kick ass but the weapon is amazing
