Where to get a shovel / scoop / vane?

I don't know the exactly meaning in english, but I need the thing to dig holes. Where can I buy it? Or is there any quest where I can get it als reward?

You start with it in Fable III.

P.S. it's a shovel or spade in English. I'm not sure if there are any more names, though.

In Fable 3 there is no need to buy a shovel, you just follow your dog when he starts barking and press A when it tells you to.
