its in Bower lake where you killed Thag. you know the cabin he kicked the door out before fighting you?

leave bowerstone market to bower lake, go down the path till you come to the split in the path. one going to the bridge and the other going off to the left, use the path to the left if you see highwaymen along the way. your going the right way. after killing the highwaymen continue following the path
