Where's the patch?

About a month into Fable 3 for PC - re-starting for the third time having lost about 12 hour's game progress with a corrupted save file but I'm sure you all know about that!

Anyway according to the ReadMe I have v1.0 and I've seen references on-line to a 1.1 patch which is supposed to correct some of the bugs but Lionhead now seem to be pretending that the game is nothing to do with them, judging from their web-site, and neither I nor Google can find it except via a couple of rather dubious-looking download sites.

Can anyone point me at the patch?

If you are using GFWL then it should update automatically, same with Steam.

Oh, right.

I did start playing live but found it so irritating that I created a LAN account and use that instead. Is there any way of checking the game file to see that it's up-to-date?
