the red gaurds are a bit stronger than the blue ones... so thats what the color dif. is for.

The black guards i can with one hit. Someone says if u kill enough guards white balvs will replace the guards

After you get fines of 30000 or so in one town, the blue, 400hp guards are replaced with red, 700hp guards which block more and take longer to kill. 60000+ fines replace the red ones with bigger black ones, which have roughly 1250 hp.
