Why did Lionhead bother re-booting the forums for Fable Anniversary?

I don't see a problem with opening their forums back up. It's not like Fable fans have to choose to stick to one forum or another. It just gives fans more options. It's fine.

They closed them some time ago and I guess now Lionhead are back working on the main games in the franchise (not Kinect games) they thought they would reboot the forums and start fresh. No doubt more Fable news will follow the anniversary and Fable IV will be officially announced at some point.

Pretty sure what Drakan said happens to be the case.

Either way, however odd this action might seem to be, I'm glad they made the decision; whether just for this particular anniversary or actual sequels.
Anything would beat Kinect, so I'll probably jump as high as gravity allows me to, once Fable IV is released (if at all). Go Lionhead!
