2. Maybe because the puzzle in it to get to the diachi is a knot in the brain.

You didn't play the entire game then.
I didn't know who the archon was for a while, because I never actually beat TLC, just the original Fable 1. I found out after browsing around here a while that Scythe was the first archon.

Yea i thought sythe was the archon i heard that before. And i almost beat the game but i for got i was like younger than and didnt have the attention span to play the game. BUT i am buying TLC and the limited edetion this wed. for my b day

ok so i explained it
the archon is the name given to the ruler of the old kingdom, people often mistake that the archon was the name of the first ruler but no its the name given to ANY ruler of the old kingdom i know this becuase in fable the lost chapters scythe says "the first archon of the old kingdom", also all heroes decended from the first archon and this is where the bloodline started. on a final note the queen, the knight and the jack of blades stepped out the viod and took over albion only for this "archon" to destroy all three of them and be named ruler of the old kingdom
