Why fable 2 will sell billions

Well I don't know If this is already posted, I searched for pics of fable 2 on the net and found some on http://gaygamer.net/images/fable2a.jpg. Firstly Im not gay but I think that fable 2 will sell billions, because suddenly "the gay community " is into a game. It's a whole untapped market. No I hope this is not he final feature for fable 2 seeing that lionhead already is catering for gay gamers with furry dogs, unconditional love , love between men, protected sex, one button combat, and walking in your underpants.

Now that that's out of the way: these are not official screenshots of Fable 2. They were taken by me during Peter Molyneaux's lecture when he unveiled the presence of the dog in the game... so, naturally, most of the pictures I got were of the dog and the main character interacting. Now, these photos aren't amazing by any stretch of the imagination, but they do provide an idea of what Fable 2 is going to look like (trust me, the visual style is absolutely gorgeous and the footage we got to see was crystal clear).
As you can see, the world is much larger and open, and the lighting is even more natural than before. The final image is of Bowerstone, during the flythrough of the Merchants' District. Personally, I can't wait for this game, based on what I got to see and what Molyneaux told us... though I'm still curious about how gay couples get to have kids.

I don't think Fable 2 is going to sell a lot just because of gay people. I don't have anything against gay people anyway. I don't really see why people hate them so much. There are just regular people with different ways. Fable 2 will sale not only to people with different "taste" but to the world. Everyone in this forums have been waiting for this game to come forever. I don't think there is a reason to talk about it here on this community forums. I would like it if it was closed, not because I'm offend it or anything, but because I think if someone who we don't know that could be reading this could get offended and there for giving Projectego a bad reputation with "other" people.

I did not mean it like that, Im just saying that LIonhead are going for a broader audience, maybe without Lionhead knowing it. I have nothing against gay people, they are just people. I have seen straight people not liking gay people and gay people thinking they are beter than straight people. It's more of who "YOU" are than your sexual preference. As long as you are not one sided and do what is best for humanity , Im down with that.

Fable 2 will sell billions anyway(well, maybe millions), and trust me, the ability to have a gay relationship with someone in a game is not a tipping point. If thats all you buy it for why not just get Sims 2 or something...?

Umm gay gamer website has been around for a long time and they are just like any other games site and report on all the games. Not just the ones that gay people are interested in, they also had some excellent articles on Halo 3 that i read some time ago. Also Bioware for instance have allowed gay relationships in their games, they dont do it to appeal to a wider audience they just do it to give you an extra choice and reason to replay the game and do something new.

True! Bioware has done that with Mass Effect ( I don't know of other games ). That is one of the reason why Bioware is famous, because it gives you extra choices that wanna make you play again. Not only Bioware has done this, as you may know, Fable 2 is gonna have that choice as well. :lol: I know there is more games out there that not only straight people have bought, but gay people.

Yeah! So the point is, just because gay people are gonna buy games doesn't mean there are sell billions. The choice of being gay in a video game should be a option. The reason I play video games is so I can get away form reality. Like, any time I can choose to be a girl or a guy in a game, I choice to be a girl. Takes me far form reality. Maybe if I wanna make my girl character gay, that is even better!

Dont think it has anything to do with being gay or anything like that i think the viewpoint should be centered more around the fact that more games are giving you more choices.

Well, there is The Sims & Sims 2 which allows the relationship of all kinds, no sex restrictions or stuff like that. More so, that's probably another reason why The Sims 2 is one of, if not still the #1 selling PC game of all time (but not the greatest). But the game gives a very large range of choices in it, which allows for multiple replay value, since you can play the game anyway you choose, and you MAKE the storylines yourself.

But, like Dark Drakan has already said; More and more games these days are giving gamers the option to choose how they do things in games. And not just be limited to the silly scripted gameplay of past generations.

If everyone here considers gay people to be just the same as straight people why refer to them as "gay" at all? surely just saying people covers everybody?
