i don't think you can make the will lines brighter.... btw do you mean the aoe lines (for eg when you charge up force push without targeting) or targeting lines

Pretty sure he means the lines you get on your body once getting good at will

If you get rid of your scars and don't have any tattoos, they'll become clearer. Try getting every level of every spell.

if you buy every will spell then yull look like a x-mas tree if you get rid of all the spells yull be a face in the crowd (with a sword and dog)
