Here's the situation. I recently took everything out of my room. Now that I am reloading and reorganizing, I'm trying to make the room more efficient. To save energy I want to have my Xbox displayed on my computer monitor rather than on my hulk of of a television. I have my cable TV and everything all set on the computer but I still haven't hooked my Xbox up to it yet because I have a theory. I have an Adaptec AVC-2010 Audio Video Converter card and a Dazzle Digital Video Creator 80. Both are very old pieces of hardware and I want to know if anybody thinks these'll work to connect the Xbox to the computer and display it on the monitor. I'm going to test it anyways but I want to see everyones predictions and suggestions. First person to say "buy an Xbox VGA cable" will be punched in the face virtually. I already thought of that and it's a back up idea.
EDIT: And yes, I'm doing this because I'm cheap and greedy.
