XBox Diamond Card

anybody know what thats all about? i read an article about it, but didnt quite grasp the concept of having an XBox Live Credit Card... or is it not a credit card? the article i read was in a crappy magazine that did a very poor job describing exactly what it was and what it was for.

Like a discount card to said locations?
Kind of similar to having a student ID and getting a discount at certain places (like movie theaters and restaurants) when you show it?
I never heard anything about Diamond.

Interesting, I saw Arbys'. sometimes I like them. Maybe more will be added?
