Xbox Live and DLC question

Im planning to buy an Xbox360 and fable 2.But in greece there is no xbox live so is there another way to obtain the DLC?for example download it from my computer and transfer it with a USB device?

How do you mean there is no Xbox Live? No way to pay for Live and get Gold Membership? If thats the case you should at least be able to hook Xbox up to the Internet and download updates with a Silver Membership.

Well that sheds some light on the situation, thanks for the update. Hopefully the Greek community wont be left out much longer and something will be done about that.
