But can you explain to me whose talking over the video? I've seen/heard those guys speaking over other Fable III videos, and I still have no idea who they are. Are they narrators IN the game? Narrators OUT of the game? Or just people speaking specifically in that quest?

I don't think so. It looks like there's some huge guy where the sky should be during the second half. I'd assume it's him talking.

It seems like if anybody is going to be a game-length "narrator" it would be Jasper. He seems to be able to talk to you wherever like Theresa did in Fable II, but that's not really being a narrator.
