EDIT: The area really reminds me of Witchwood from TLC, which was by a mile my favourite region in all Fable games.

Looks like shiny embroidery on his pants to me (pretty much like the other stuff that shows up when a character does a flourish or anything else triggering the extreme morph).

That seems... unlikely? His pants burst into flamboyant fire-y light when the extreme morphs turn on? That'd just be kind of dumb. I don't know, I really hope it isn't that.

the bit at the bottom appears to be his tattoos, tattoos will glow during your extreme emotes and when you are charging spells

the sword may be on fire because it was an unlocked special ability, weapon ability's (basically augments) are unlocked by performing certain tasks with the weapon Ex: perform 100 flourishes with the weapon. and they unlock things such as Fire damage, gaining more followers when killing with that weapon. ect. ect. Hope i've been a help clearing that up

this is just a guess, but i think the good morph will look the same, but with white angel like wings, glowing blue tattoos instead of glowing red ones and a halo, instead of horns

Fiery. And I'll call it a tail, it's the only thing that comes close to making sense.
