Here is the Fable III List of Achievements. Some achievements must be gotten at an opportunity, and if you miss that opportunity then you must replay the entire game up until that point to receive it. In all, their are 50 achievements, which all add up to give your GamerScore a +1000 Points.

Establish the island of Driftwood.

(This Achievement is available by doing the Dirftwood Quest Chain. To activate the Quest Chain, accept the Quest 'Restoration' in Millfields to rebuild the bridge. After a while, go back to the bridge, cross it, and help kill the Hobbes. the Hobbe Quest for Dirftwood will NOT appear in your Quest List on your map until you accept it)
Knight Jumps Chesty
Defeat Chesty at his own game.
Achievement Points: 10
Coronation Chicken
Perform a royal judgement while dressed as a chicken.
Achievement Points: 10
(This Achievement is a one-time only achievement and must be done BEFORE you complete all the Kingly Choices. Simply wear the Chicken suit during a Throne-Room Coronation to receive it, if you miss the chance then you must replay the game)
Spellweaver
Combine two gauntlets to cast a “woven” spell.
Achievement Points: 5
(This Achievement can be acquired only after you unlock the Spellweaving Chest on the Road to Rule, and requires two different spells)
Archmage
Cast all 15 possible spell combinations.
Achievement Points: 20
(This Achievement requires the opening of ALL Spell Chests on the Road to Rule and the Spellweaving Chest)
Total Warrior
Kill enemies with melee, ranged and spell attacks.
Achievement Points: 10

Pull!
Send an enemy flying into the air and kill him while he’s airborne.
Achievement Points: 10
(Can be acquired once you obtain a Sword and Rifle. Some Enemies do not get thrown in the air)

Kill 500 enemies using firearms.
Achievement Points: 20
If It Bleeds, We Can Kill It
Kill 500 enemies using melee weapons.
Achievement Points: 20
Wizard’s Revenge
Kill 500 enemies using magic.
Achievement Points: 20
Super Hero
Fully upgrade your Melee, Ranged, and Magic abilities on the Road to Rule.
Achievement Points: 50
(This can only be obtained after unlocking taking the Throne from Logan, and receiving the amount of required Guild Seals)
You Can’t Bring Me Down
Complete Fable III without being knocked out in combat.
Achievement Points: 50
(This Achievement is a 'one-time only' deal, and once you're knocked out then it is no longer able to be gotten unless you restart your console. Completion requires beating the Crawler in Combat at the very end of the game. Always carry around Health Potions, and save after EVERY quest, restart the XBOX if you're knocked out.)
My Weapon’s Better Than Yours
Complete 3 unique upgrades on one of the legendary weapons found around Albion.
Achievement Points: 25
I Am The Keymaster
Collect all 50 Silver Keys and 4 Gold Keys.
Achievement Points: 30
(Several Silver Keys lie in areas unlocked by completing Side-Quests such as Driftwood.)
Flower Power
Collect all 30 Auroran flowers.
Achievement Points: 30
(Your dog will find these as 'treasure' and stick his nose in them when he finds them)
Gnome Invasion
Destroy all 50 gnomes.
Achievement Points: 30
(To do this, you have to do the quest 'Gnomes are Great')
Brightwall Book Club
Collect all 30 rare books for the Brightwall Academy.
Achievement Points: 30
(The Books are lying around mostly, and I have never come across one inside of a chest/the ground)
Digger
Dig up 50 items.

(Note that the 'Spade' is permanent and does not appear in your inventory)
We Need Guns, Lots Of Guns
Collect all 50 legendary weapons. They won’t all appear in your world, so trade with other Heroes!
