But to start it you have to murder someone in broad daylight infront of his tribe, so some will still call you a murderer. If you can live with this, then go for it, as the quests are amusing. I just don't know how you'll be able to sleep at night.

The reason it redirects to the UK Norfolk, is because we named it that first (the Norfolk you speak of was named after the county by the settlers/invasion force)
Anyway, to answer your question - not good things, mostly jokes that culminate in webbed feet.
You need to first pay to have the bridge restored in millfields. You can then get to the driftwood zone, and as you complete each quest, over time the new ones will unlock at certain stages in the game. I think the final one is giftwood for driftwood.
