It might work for a blog when it is big like Dannychoo.com which Rukinet. is not. Yet. However, you can always use the comments section below any post to do pretty much the same thing you would do in a forum, albeit slightly simplified.
I do have a community site project that I am currently working on, but it will be in Swedish. I may do something else like it in English in the future, but it won't be about what the Swedish site nor Rukinet. is about, because three sites about the same thing will get tedious and boring (for me).

Yeah, I haven't used it in forever. I use Paint.NET for just about everything. I only open up PS nowadays for complicated projects.
I do have Photoshoppe now. But I made the Manson signature in a very similar (and free) program called GIMP. :3
Ehh, I made the siggy about two years ago. Haven't made anything since then. That was one of the only good ones I produced. And that was just out of pure luck. Thank you, though. <3
