adding money to your inventory?

Is there a way to add money to your inventory using Fable Explorer?

[edit]Guess I was wrong, my own guide being used against me ;-) [/edit]

Directly: no. But there are a lot of other options.

Spawn a chest.
Change an existing chest.
Change the price of the object you need to something low (1 comes to mind)
Change the reward of a quest

and so on.

Re: adding money to your inventory?

Actually it can be done, I had read somewhere that someone did it using the Weapon 1 slot in the Creature entry. I just tested that and it worked.
Use this guide:
http://fabletlcmod.com/forum/index.php?t=msg&th=1963&start=0&

Instead of adding a weapon number, add the object number for money, one million gold is '4660'. I applied a million to a game in progress, then bought stuff to be sure I could use the gold, and it worked fine.

How do you spawn a chest and change the price of an object? (with Fable Explorer)

Re: adding money to your inventory?

How to spawn a chest:
http://forums.projectego.net/spawning-chests-1771/

To change the price:
{To Open CDefs; once you open the window on the right, single click "CREATURE/OBJECT" or
click the + sign beside it and click CDefs right under "CREATURE/OBJECT", I find the
second way much faster. Only 'Click Actions, Save Mods and Run Fable.' after all
changes are made}

Open FE,
Scroll down to OBJECT, click the plus sign beside it,
Scroll down to the OBJECT you want,
Double click the OBJECT,
Open the CDefs, scroll down to CStockItemDef,
Open CStockItemDef by clicking the first 'Links to (GameBINEntryID)',
Click the + sign beside CStockItemDef,
Click 575B3970-ObjectValue, change it to the price you want,
Click 'Apply Changes'
Click Actions, Save Mods and Run Fable.

Yeah I did that "back in the day" of my noob modding. The sack of gold just falls to the floor as it is loading at the exact spot you spawn at, hence you collect it unconditionally as you load the game and each time you load the game you get a million more gold until you change Weapon 1 back.

It is nifty.
