Can you get another dog after finishing the game by picking to revive all those that helped on the tower instead of your sister and dog ?

You can't get another dog, but you can ressurrect your old one in the Knothole Island dlc.

I don't know why you dont choose the family option at the end part of the game at the spire..

yeah i have heard but not seen my self that your dogs ghost pops up at that door so you can open it , quite sad really

If you resurrect the dog at Knothole Island, there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to get the door open.

If you resurrect the dog at Knothole Island, there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to get the door open.

You don't need to ressurect him for that. Your dog's ghost comes to help you open it. When it happened to me I freaked out and tried to get him to follow me away, but he dissapeared.
