Happened a lot on IE. Along with other little bugs. S'why I switched to Chrome.

No, it only happened on IE for me. I switched to Chrome recently, and it no longer occurs.

You go to the address bar of Opera and type opera:about, then press enter.

You'll see the version of your Opera browser at the top.

Never happened to me before, and I have used IE as well as GC. Then again I haven't used the report feature which would most likely be the reason for that.
